After the digital pictures have been developed, Ron will lay the photos out and choose the best individual areas from each of the best pictures. Sketches will begin and ultimately a final scene will be developed.

Ron will spend the next two to three weeks in either his Orland Park studio or Ocala, Florida studio recreating in watercolor, the unique “portrait” of your home.

Post Painting

You will receive a professionally matted original Ron Burkhart watercolor painting. This one-of-a-kind piece of art work will not only capture the unique beauty of your home, but also all of the memories that will now be passed on to family members for generations.

Preserving the Story

Ron has come to realize that every home he paints has a story behind it. He now provides a "Memory Card" with every painting he completes. After Ron writes a brief comment about his painting, the home owners are encouraged to write down their personal stories about the home in the painting. The completed card is folded and neatly slipped into a plastic sleeve that adheres to the back of the painting so that the painting and it's story stay together forever.
