Ron Burkhart has spent a lifetime being creative. He has been painting for over 45 years. He has a degree in art education plus an MBA with an emphasis in marketing. Ron has exhibited his paintings in various galleries in multiple states and has studied with world renowned watercolor artist Tom Lynch.

Ron once said, “ The trouble with life is, that you are half way through it before you realize it’s a do-it-yourself thing.” Because of this he has been very busy. He has seen comedy theater in London, historical theater in Dublin, and concerts at The Sydney Opera House. He rode a Camel in Turkey, an elephant in Morocco, and a hovercraft across The English Channel. He say’s he walked in awe around The Vatican in Rome, enjoyed a gondola ride in Venice, and skied down a mountain in Albertville. He has bought tulips in Holland, amber in Poland, and bagpipes in Scotland. He saw the changing of the guard in Copenhagen, London and Russia. Ron admits to consuming his share of beer in the Black Forest and maybe even more than his share of wine on the Costa Del Sol. He has driven his car through a mountain stream in Spain, had dinner on a river boat in Bangkok, and lunch with the U.S. Ambassador to Finland at the Embassy in Helsinki.
